new window option for viewing email

Hello Janos,
Is it possible to add an option to web user interface to view the email as a popup window? it can be useful for small sized screens.

Yuriy has made a new theme allowing this. However I was too lazy for the merge, and his work is no longer available. I'll contact him if it's possible to get his work again. Anyway, it's my fault definitely. So even if it's after a year, I ask more time to make this.
