No longer showing new archived mail in the GUI

As stated, I am no longer seeing new email in the GUI. I have re indexed. I am using exchange 2010 with journaling. Debian install. Any pointers would be appreciated.

I doubt that it's a critical bug in piler. Please describe your environment (especially if you have /etc/default/sphinxsearch), what has changed, after how many days new emails are gone. Also show me ls -l /var/piler/sphinx

You don't expect me to torture my eyes, ok? Please use the format feature of bitbucket. Anyway make sure to set START=no to /etc/default/sphinxsearch. It causes debian to reindex periodically which effectively resets (=destroys) the sphinx data. So after the fix reindex your emails.
