can't connect mysql server

I reset the the archive fllowing the instructions from here http://www.mailpiler.org/en/faq.html and then i reinstall mail piler exactly as i did the first time using the instructions from here http://www.mailpiler.org/en/installation.html. when i try to run the command sh init.d/rc.piler i get the error: can't connect mysql server. I read make changes suggested from https://bitbucket.org/jsuto/piler/issues/239/cant-connect-mysql-server but it did not work.

Its ok i delete all files that are releated with mail piler and i install it again
