Is there any possibility to enable SSO without a Domain-trust between piler and the dc? Just by setting the same username/password in piler manually.

You are free to set the same login/password in piler, but it has nothing to do with SSO. To enable 'passwordless' login, the gui / apache must query the DC in the background.
