Can download eml but download each attachment is zero size file.

my piler system can download eml file. but can't download attrachment file. I check my config file. the "iv" parameter in piler.conf, and the piler.key file is existed.

I use pilerget to dump eml

bulk download all attrachments zip file is zero zip file too. I use piler-0.1.25

Correct me if I'm wrong, but pilerget for complete emails, pileraget for attachments. Also please confirm, that the iv parameter hasn't changed after the installation.

iv parameter changed after installation. I don't remember the specific time. but whether before or after archive email are the same result. pilerget can complete emails, but can't pileraget for attachments.

I tried to rebuild the index with "reindex -a" and completion with no error.

Eh, you must be pretty desperate if you ran reindex. The piler binaries have nothing to do with sphinx data (except reindex which is a tool to repair the indices). If you need remote help, via teamviewer, then find me on skype (janos.suto) to discuss the details.
