disable google authenticator for an user

we have enabed google authecticator for an ldap user. now it is not working and the end user removed the account from google authentication from android device.

need to login to the account

Edit the user_settings table, and set ga_enabled=0 for that account. Btw. you could elaborate why not working?

Hi how did you do this. I have the same issue. I checked in database and ga_enabled is 0. I authenticate to my zimbra mailserver. Piler keeps asking for google code?
