pilerexport (eml) filenames

When emails get exported, whether as eml or pdf file types, all the user gets are files with seemingly random filenames. It would be more user-friendly if we could export emails with the subject as the filename, appending a number based off the sent times (for order of emails), with 1 being the oldest, incrementing the number with newer email(s).

I've just updated the master branch with this enhancement. Upgrade the gui to the master branch.
