Incremental mail import

Hope you all are fine..

I am using Mail Piler since few month. I am very happy with this Mail Piler.

Query:- I have some user, their mailbox size have arround 10GB or 20GB. On the daily bases, they receive around 100 Mails per day. every day i run piler Import command for import user's mails in mailpiler.

Can i run piler import command for import incremental mails from user's mailbox instead of import all mails again and again everyday??

Every time piler import take so much time for import all mails from user's mailbox.

This is more like a topic for the mailing list. Anyway is it a pop3 or imap import?

This is IMAP import.

Then unfortunately, no. With pop3 it's easy to start importing from a given position, however it's not the case with imap. Anyway your problem might be solved, if you can copy emails to a dedicated mailbox read by pilerimport only, then piler is able to purge archived messages.

Note that the ideal method for acquiring mails is smtp protocol. If possible, switch to smtp.
