Is there some documentation about what the best way is to upgrade to the latest version from 1.1.1 ?

I did a nomral install back the days, and I wonder if something changed rom the available docs.

See http://www.mailpiler.org/wiki/current:upgrade. Basically you just upgrade the database scheme, compiler the master branch, and you are done.
