i have 1.1.1 installed and receiving emails from my mailserver (Kerio Connect 8). I have LDAP Auth configured and users can log in no problem. The thing is, no emails can be seen. Are there some settings that I have to alter for them to see their own emails?

Upgrade to version 1.2 from this repo.
What sphinx version do you have? Can you see any emails with status=stored in the mail log? Can auditor@local user see any emails?
I can't find version 1.2.0 in the repo. Where is it?
This is Centos 6 with Sphinx v 2.0.8. Yes the messages are saying status=stored, but my admin@local user cannot see the emails either. Is it a permission issue perhaps?
Upgrade sphinx to 2.2.x (as the docs says 2.0.x is not good enough), and you'll be fine. (Btw. notice that I wrote auditor@local, and not admin@local)
The piler 1.2.0 version of sphinx is not released yet (though you may take the master branch which should be pretty close to the final 1.2.0)

Well, it sort of fixed it. I can see emails but auditor@local only shows me 17 emails, when the Admin Dashboard shows there being 116 emails stored.
The admin dashboard reads the counters, which provides a real time number. However, the gui displays emails after a 30 mins delay. I hope this answers your questions. If not (all of them), then reopen the issue, or discuss it on the mailing list.
