pilerimport with imaps and ntlm/gssapi?
actually, piler imports the mails from Exchange 2010 with IMAP (port 143) and plaintext authentication. In a few weeks IMAP will be disabled and we have to use IMAPS (port 993). The Problem is that login with plaintext isn´t possible. Plaintext login is disabled because of security reasons.
IMAPS (and also POP3S) only accepts NTLM- or GSSAPI-authentification: "CAPABILITY IMAP4 IMAP4rev1 AUTH=NTLM AUTH=GSSAPI LOGINDISABLED STARTTLS UIDPLUS CHILDREN IDLE NAMESPACE LITERAL+"
Is it possible to Import mails with authentification by NTLM or GSSAPI/Kerberos?

repo owner I think the docs found at https://curl.haxx.se/rfc/ntlm.html#ntlmImapAuthentication would help. However I don't have any exchange server at hand. Can you create a dummy account I can use for testing on your server? If so, then please send the details to my email, see piler -V.

reporter Our Exchange-Servers are behind Firewalls. They aren´t accesible from external. I´m sorry, I can´t create a dummy account for testing.. :(

repo owner No problem, I'll try to get some help from the piler community.

Still no access to such an environment, thus I set this issue to on hold.

I think, it's possible, though I'm not familiar with ntlm/gssapi, so I'm not sure how to assemble the authentication imap command(s).
