Problem with attachments in restored emails

I've got the newest version of Piler (1.2.0-pre1, after upgrade from 1.1). When restoring the archived email via SMTP, attachments can't be opened.
The reason of this behavior is the excessive LF sign in the first line of restered email. When downloading eml file in web panel, the LF sign is also in the first line of eml file.
Found this error: https://bitbucket.org/jsuto/piler/issues/665/restore-to-mailbox-not-working but defining EOL in config.php doesn't help.

Sorry for delayed answer. I can't find anything wrong with my config-site.php file (you can find it attached to this issue). The problem still exist.

Notice the 36th line after ?> You don't need it, and actually it interferes with the php output, so get rid of it.

You must have edited a php file for yourself, and introduced the LF that causes the problem. Start with checking config-site.php first.
