Has dissapeared the --enable-starttls option

Hi,

I'm reinstalling from master, to test our latest changes.

When I execute

./configure --localstatedir=/var --with-database=mysql --enable-starttls --enable-tcpwrappers

I get

configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --enable-starttls

It's actually a feature that you don't need to enable tcp_wrappers or starttls at compile time anymore.

Can the documentation be updated to reflect this? I ran into the same issue since I followed the installation instructions.
