    No. Btw. don't open an issue asking to open another issue. Anyway, what OVA did you download? Have you tried the link from the piler site download section?

    Excuse, I didn't know the right procedure, and I have not found instructions about it.

    I have an issue with the same symtomps than incident #561.

    Which is the right way? Can I reopen the old one? Only to comment in the already reported as "Resolved"? Open a new one?

    If you have the same bug, and the resolution doesn't work for you, then it makes sense to reopen it. Opening an issue to ask for reopen a closed issue doesn't make a sense.

    Anyway you didn't tell me what OVA you downloaded from what url? Also Be sure to use the formatting features of bitbucket. Your copy pasted data tortures my eyes, can be read very difficultly.

    Please, is not clear for me how to request to reopen a resolved issue. Adding a comment to it?

    In the meantime, I have found the error. Let me know where I have to update / upload the patch in the PHP file.

    master.tar.gz is the source code. You refer to a problem with the OVA, yet you still haven't explained which and what OVA you downloaded. Again: I need the download link of the OVA you got.

    Excuse me, my fault. I have the problem with the master, not with the OVA. I have identified the problem in the current master PHP code.
