Bulk download selected emails -Archive does not extract

Hello. Then I make bulk download selected emails archive is created and download. But I can't extract it after that.

With what application did you try to extract the emails? Did you try another one as well? What was the error message? Can you unzip it on the archive host with the unzip command?

Either this file is not a zipfile, or it constitutes one disk of a multi-part archive. In the latter case the central directory and zipfile comment will be found on the last disk(s) of this archive. unzip: cannot find zipfile directory in one of ./archive-9c1ajFVzdtq2kAti.zip or ./archive-9c1ajFVzdtq2kAti.zip.zip, and cannot find ./archive-9c1ajFVzdtq2kAti.zip.ZIP, period.
4. Same error on the archive host.

OK, notice the size and sha256 sum of the zip file. Then try to download the selected emails again.

"notice the size and sha256 sum of the zip file" - I don't quite understand how do I do it? There I can find zip file on the piler host before I download it?

I assume, you have some sort of windows. Then upload the zip file to the /tmp directory of the piler host, then run ls -l /tmp/archive-9c1ajFVzdtq2kAti.zip and sha256 /tmp/archive-9c1ajFVzdtq2kAti.zip commands. Also try to download other emails to see why it's not working. Also be sure that the webserver user can write the tmp file inside the documentroot.

3. "Also try to download other emails.." It didn`t work with any emails. I try It.

OK, I'll check the feature myself. I assume you have zip support in php.

I've just tried to download a few selected messages, and it has worked. I think that there's something wrong with your installation. Check if there's anything in your logs, mail log, apache or nginx logs, php logs, etc.

I deployed Piller from virtual image on official site (piler build 935 OVA (~1.1 GB), 2016.01.19). Ok. I will check all. Thanks
