Hi I authenticate to my zimbra mail server (ldap). I excedently enable google authentication and can not login under the user account. How to disable this again?

i checked the database and ga_enabled=0

I even recreated my acount on zimbra mailserver. Piler still asks for google code?

Click on 'cancel', then return to the main login page.

allredeay tried this. then after loging in is get the enter google authenticator code again?

What version do you use? Anyway try setting ga_enabled=0 for this user, as well as let the user remove any cookies related to the piler gui.
