Parsing errors when creating PDF

When I download a mail in PDF form, it often happens that the mail is empty or incomplete. The only thing you can see is the header area.

If I print the mail via PDF 24, at least in these mails then the first page is empty before the text comes.

If I open the downloaded EML file in a mail program and print it out, everything is ok.

It looks like the tcpdf php library has some issues. I heard that it was undergoing through a major rewrite. Perhaps it might be better to remove the PDF download feature.

This idea I find not bad. In my opinion, it is better not to offer this function until it does not work and thus take the risk that the archive will be declared invalid by an authority. In Germany, I trust the tax authorities.

There are alternative ways to print the mail.

The latest commit (cc0e762) hides the pdf download icon until it's fixed. Note that it's got a low priority.
