We are doing fresh installation of Mail Piler on CentOS and getting attached error for tre development packages. Same is already installed.

Please advise.

Dear Lord, why are you using piler 0.1.24? I'm about to release 1.3.0, and you want to deploy 0.1.24 as a new installation? Anyway, check out the docs, and read carefully that piler needs tre 0.8.
