Reset Counters does not work

On Admin Console / Health Reset Counter Button does not work. On click forwarding to a broken site.

Ehh, it's a stale button left in the default theme. I though about it and found that it doesn't make sense to reset the counters. They should display the processed messages so far. Resetting them would break this feature.

Thanks for noticing it, I'll remove it from the default theme. It's already purged from the "orig" theme.
