Advanced Search Spam Checkbox without function

In Advanced search the checkbox spam doesnt filter the results

The current sphinx config doesn't refer to the 'spam' field, although it can be extended, and restrict the search to spam emails.

However I'm still hesitant to include it because I think it's the best to keep spam from the archive. Even if you have to archive spam for some reason the real question is whether you really want to search in spam emails only ever?

Yes of course I dont need spam in the archive, but in the template we need to remove the checkbox.
