SQL State 1045

I've set up a new instance of piler following a crash of my old system. I'm building it on ubuntu 16.04. The system is receiving and archiving new emails but I am unable to log in to the website. Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [1045] Access denied for user 'pileruser'@'localhost' (using password: YES) on database: pilerdb1

I am able to log in with the credentials from the command line.

Any thoughts?

Figured that part out. config-site.php had a bad password in it.
