Missing previos archives after new archival

1)mail are going missed( not showing in list & elsewhere), 2) one error is showing sometimes which is attached.

Show me the output of "ls -la /var/piler/sphinx" command. Be sure to use bitbucket formatting options.

By the way, I'm not sure why you complain for 'no updates' when you failed to set the assignee. Thus bitbucket doesn't send me a notification, so no wonder that I ask it on the piler site to set the assignee!

This looks like an empty archive. Do you have any emails archived? Do you have the crontab jobs set for piler?

yes of course cronjob is already set fro archiving mail after every 15 mis. they are archiving also. main issue is after archining new mails,previos results not showing in the list

OK, but why your sphinx files are not updated?

I have found an issue in mail piler... there is an option which is enabled & I'm unable to disable it. when i disable it nothing is happening...

I think toggling the periodic purge works properly. Any I don't think it has anything to do with your missing emails. So my question is still the same: why your sphinx files are not updated?
