Generation of piler.conf

Sorry for creating an issue for this.

I would like to ship a piler.conf that is slightly modified from the original. I thought about just including my own copy of piler.conf in the package. But figured maybe it would be good to just manipulate the configuration of the piler.conf(.dist) file in the package.

For this reason I wanted to ask you where the piler.conf(.dist) is actually generated so that I can modify it (for example: workdir=/var/lib/piler/tmp instead of /var/piler/tmp)+
