Issues in Mail Piler

Below are some issue we are facing in MailPiler Telnet issue Mx record issue If I telnet locally then banner comes up of name ‘piler.yourdomain.com’ instead of the one I have set i.e. piler.xxx.com We are unable to telnet from outside on port 25 & 587 (on both private & public network)

    Restart piler daemons, and they'll use the proper settings from piler.conf. I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish, perhaps you should elaborate, and give me real IPs, some description about the hosts, some network topology, etc.

    Anyway, I managed to resolve both hostnames and successfully connected to port 25 where I got the piler banner properly. I suspect that you may have some domain resolution issues, and it's clearly not a bug in piler.
