Incoming and Outgoing Emails

piler 0.1.23, build 789.

Piler Mail is working properly.

I have a question, Auditor users were able to see all incoming and outgoing email. But Regular user are able to see only incoming email not outgoing email.

In the latest master branch the filter is set to display both sent and received emails.
