'Help' - improvements suggestions

few suggestions: - the help text doesn't scale properly as one would expect - there are no proper borders or 'corners' to resize the window - the "+/-" buttons make the window larger/smaller - but again scaling should be done automatically - one can get to the main 'Manual' page only(?) by clicking 'Help' from the 'Feedback' tab - using 'Open in a new tab' results in a new tab, but without a side help menu

(tested on Safari/Chrome on Mac and Chrome on Windows 7, 32bit on VirtualBox)
