Model description not presented to user during update for certain file formats

If an unknown / combine format has its description set to something custom other than the default during submission it is saved only in the database (as there is no facility for getting it into the files). If this model is updated, the description shown to the user on the edit name/description page is the default text, as the service only looks at the files and not anything present in the previous revision for the model.
