Input target

PharmML 0.3.0 uses the new attribute inputTarget, instead of inputType, with values parameter, derivativeVariable or variable. When this is visualized in the trial design I should see Input time instead of Dose time, Input value instead of Dose size and Target instead of Target variable. Moreover, if the specified value is parameter, Dose time now says “”, and below “ – Element defined in the Individual dosing section.”. It should instead say that Input time does not apply in this case.
