PharmML 0.3 trial design activities can be defined using lookup tables

Prior to PharmML 0.3, trial design activities were expressed either as washout periods, or through dosing regimens. Newer versions of the language define lookup tables in addition to the previous options. The attached file breaks the display of the trial design structure.
