Revoking access to models where the collaborator has contributed revisions

If the collaborator has contributed a revision to a model revoking sharing permissions causes inconsistencies, and the user is not removed correctly.

    Related: curators are also not removed correctly, and therefore users are disabled from removing any user who has curation rights. The two issues are related: anyone with admin rights on any of the revisions of the model (whether from having submitted it, or from being a curator) is restricted from having access revoked, to prevent bugs that were previously arising.
