Fix model browse sorting when influenced by public/private versions

The info shown on the model browse page is sorted by either the first or the last version of the model, because of a limitation in the SQL query. This does not correspond to the information shown, which is restricted to the version visible to the user. This means that sorting by modified date can give out-of-order results if you dont have access to the most recent version.
