Mouse events in help window get lost

Mouse events when using the help window (e.g. for resize/drag and drop) can be lost if the cursor is moved rapidly into the Iframe displaying the help content (presumably the mouse events get directed to the iframe instead of the main window). This means if you are dragging the window and move the mouse into the iframe in a clicked state (eg if you are trying to move the window down) and unclick there, bringing the mouse back into the main window makes the browser think that the drag event is still ongoing, which means the help window follows your cursor when you are not expecting it.
