Remove group member button when creating a team does not work

When creating a team and after adding members there is a list of members with a remove button after each member. Nothing happens after clicking a remove button. I would expect the member to be removed from the list.

I have been using the current repository.ddmore.eu

Edit: It might be that the remove button stops working when the same person has been added multiple times (which should not be possible).
