The update wizard does not copy the old name and description of the model

In the "wizard" for update a model the name and description is not copied into the text boxes. Instead the description is blank and the name is taken from the main file name. Expected behaviour is to copy the old name and description into the text box.

This was only affecting models encoded in target code rather than standard formats, but has now been fixed in master.
