Removal of collaborator is ghosted (grayed out)

The removal of the user "Interim Group" is inaccessible in my upload, as is the change of permissions to that user. The same observation was done by Rikard in his upload. The problem appeared after removal (read permission) and re-addition (write permission) of the user "Interim Group" yesterday, for both of us.
Why does this occur?

Hi, Gunnar,
If a user with write access has already submitted a revision of the model, they should not lose access to that model because a collaborator has revoked their privileges.
Having said that, it should be possible to revoke permissions to someone with write access that has yet to make any changes to the model.
