Indicate when a table column is sortable

Displaying a set of arrows next to the column heading would help users learn more quickly that columns can be ordered.

A related issue is that the ordering is reverted every time user visits a model page or switches between tabs (for example, after sorting models according to their 'Submission' data, then going to the feedback tab and back, the sorting is reversed to the default 'Name' sorted display). The columns ordering should ideally remain for as long as user stays on the webpage.

Misunderstood the issue, thinking that the enhancement was to have arrows indicating which field is sorted.
