Sharing page CSS

CSS is incorrect on the sharing page, leading to the buttons being placed in places where they were not intended.

What's the need for having the left end side of the page loaded by JS? The structure of this part does not change (only its content), so this seems unnecessary and makes maintenance harder. Anyway, having the button inside the 'formElements' element might help.

Fair point. I've updated the page to have the static elements in the HTML instead of JS. Still might need CSS improvements.
