Jummp Indexer

Purpose

Simple search indexer for Jummp, a generic open-source platform for the collaborative development of computational models. The core responsibilities for this component are * to extract and persist the cross references from a submission to an instance of Jummp * to populate the search index used by an instance of Jummp.
