1.2.13 Killed plugin

Haven't had a chance to look under the hood and see whatsup, but 1.2.11 - 1.2.13 killed the plugin. No error messages but none of the data inserts when you go to edit. Reverting to 1.2.11 fixes the problem.

    I need to know more about this issue. I am not seeing it so far, and I really want to fix it, because obviously there have a been more than this one report. Is there any advice on what I can do to reproduce it? Maybe a form export that I can try?
