Mapvote Bug

A single player in game with Eraser bots enabled can't vote a new map. The vote always fails. Vote system needs to ignore bots and only count "real" players for vote pass/fail.

    Fixed mapvote. Solo player on a server full of bots can now vote a map change. Bots can't vote therefore mapvote immediately passes.

    Note: It doesn't have to be a solo player, only real player's votes are now counted. The number of bots on the server is now irrelevant for voting purposes.
