It's possible to put a map into the map list that doesn't exist on the server.

A server admin can add map names to the map list file even though the map files don't exist on the server. The maplist system should probably verify the map files exist at InitGame and report maps not found to the server log/console.

Fixed. Test for existence of file when it's selected, revert to current map if it doesn't exist and post a warning.
