Google changed 'link' in OAuth, breaking authentication

Old: https://plus.google.com/21Digits New: https://plus.google.com/+UserName

I had a 'remember me' token so I have no idea when they did this. So that I could log in again I changed line 30 in templates/auth.php

• $link = $user['link'];
• $link = 'https://plus.google.com/' . $user['id'];
