CSS: Heading styles are all over the place

Part of this is because headings in #main start at H3. They need to start at H1.

Also, CSS declarations for headings in typography.css are in conflict with the styles from the full screen CSS.

Don't push any changes until you've confirmed that there aren't any negative ramifications on mobile/ tablet
