I tried this, really liked the idea here but had to uninstall it because after I would view a work item listed, Visual Studio would become virtually unresponsive for several minutes and then work really slow. If it weren't for that, I would use this all the time and turn off the pain in the neck email messages from TFS.

Could you please provide more details? What version of Visual Studio you are using? How big is your solution?
