Ampersand in the name

"Filenames get truncated at an ampersand. For example I have pictures named Dave & Don.jpg and David & Jill.jpg These got saved as ""Dave .jpg"" and ""David .jpg"", respectively.

It'd be cool if the ampersand were changed into an underscore instead of effectively ending the filename. That is, if the ampersand can't be in the filename at all, which I think it can."
