Reverse queries should be handled

While it appears Windows does not use it, reverse lookups should be handled.

Any reverse lookups will be unicast according to the specification so we could just answer the host name for PTR. But for IPv4 lookups, we are not listening on IPv4 so we can do nothing for it.
