Fix a silly type from 2 years ago. Maintain string identity in {set, get, del}attr when calling __{set,get,del}attr__.

Fixed test (missing import).

Redo some checking, partially reverting e6a6bec95962. Now on 64-bit you can pass any value between -2**31 and 2**32, i.e. any value that is either a signed or an unsigned int.

Fix this test to be on line with e6a6bec95962.

Copy the test here.

"Fix" the tests on OSX -- actually skip some that give nonsensical results, as long as they get the same nonsensical results on top of CPython 2.7.

(iko, rguillebert, dario for the last 5 minutes, arigo) Use any available port instead of enforcing one random port (the same for all the tests).

Fixed indentation in the malformed_xml test

(iko, rguillebert, arigo) Fix the test by sleeping a bit, because the character just sent may not yet have arrived on the reading end.

(iko, rguillebert, arigo) We love locales.
Armin Rigo
(iko, rguillebert, arigo) Don't use locale.resetlocale(), which explodes if invalid strings are set in some environment variables.
Armin Rigo
"Fix" (??) _sre.getlower(x) to return an x>=256 unchanged when SRE_FLAG_LOCALE is passed. That's obscure...

(iko, rguillebert, arigo) Fix interp_locale to call charp2str() before freeing some apparently unrelated string, because the string may turn out to not be unrelated after all.

(anto, dario, rguillebert) Expat is buggy on Mac OS X, skip the test

(iko, rguillebert, arigo) CPython 2.7 semantics are too messy to follow exactly, e.g. setuid(-2) works on 32-bit but not on 64-bit. The exact rules are rather complicated, and of course the ones we implemented are a bit different than CPython's. As a result, we decided to just accept any 'int', i.e. any C signed long. This is basically reverting back to the situation of CPython 2.5, I think.

Backout c608917430ad. It's a mess. See next checkin for explanations.

The uid and gid are unsigned integers, not signed integers. This is important on MacOSX, where e.g. "nobody" has a uid of 2**32-2.
