jcurse does not follow (or fail on) redirects

curse recently (?) changed the URLs of their zip files.

If trying to download via a browser, the user is redirected.

jcurse isn't yet able to handle this, and seems to download an empty zip instead. It fails to install the addon but doesn't give any kind of error.

My friend (who knows more java than me), fixed the issue and has allowed me to host it on my own github: https://github.com/yamogi/jcurse/commit/791b0baaa432880813f2fde10e5b6ff43dccf1d2

As described, the commit allows jcurse to fail on empty zips and follow redirects, solving the issue entirely.
