forecaster is not available as a standard MD2015 extension to install

Hi, This is Stan. I write the 'Csv Importer' ext myself and I was looking for something like this. Someone I know from mine recommended yours but it is not available automatically. I do not see a place to download it from bitbucket either. Is there a place I can get it?

You may also be interested in issue #15, which explains why I decided to make it a commercial extension.

Sean now has access to the source code and should be signing it and hosting it in the extension manager some time soon.
