cdn configuration for mathjax add-on

Hello,

First, thank you for writing and publishing the mathjax extension for confluence.

I am trying to use another CDN (we would like to host the mathjax library on our own network), and everytime I try to set a custom url or use any other proposed cdn, when I hit the Save button, the configuration form reverts to the default cloudflare-2.7.1 version.

Can you tell me if it's a known issue, or if I am doing something wrong?
